Emergencies

In an emergency, we are available every weekday from 8.00am to 7.30pm, except bank holidays, and from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these hours, emergency cover is provided by Vets Now, a dedicated out-of-hours service based at Culverden Vets (11 Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9RD).

Call 01892 546000 - if the clinic is closed our answerphone will provide you with the phone numbers of our duty vet and Vets Now.

Repeat prescriptions & pet supplies

We keep a large stock of medicines, feeds and pet healthcare products. What's more, our wholesaler delivers to us daily, so if the item you need is not on our shelf we will normally have it by lunchtime the next working day.

All prescription medicines MUST be checked by one of our vets before they are dispensed. We request you give us 24 hours' notice to collect prescription medicines. Furthermore, to meet our legal obligations, patients must usually have been assessed by a vet in the last six months for us to supply a repeat prescription.

Career opportunities

If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to post or email your CV to us. Equally, if you are interested in pursuing a career in animal care or veterinary science we regularly have school pupils and university students gaining work experience with us and are happy to discuss your options with you.

To everyone at Dacre House, thank you so much for the past year I have learnt so much. I am sorry to leave but I hope you will allow me back after my exams. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this opportunity.
Dear Bradley and lovely assistant! Thank you for coming to the house last weekend for Ben...we were all very grateful for your sympathetic and kind way with Ben and us...thank you again.
...just to thank you ALL for the care you gave our dog when she was sick. You were fantastic and I will come back again and recommend you to all my friends, as you were recommended to me. Dotty is doing good at the moment, and if that changes you will be the first to hear about it. Thank you again.
Thank you for what you did for Sasha, you actually cared for her it wasn't just a job to you.
Thank you so much for all the care and kindness you gave to Dougal over the years - we really appreciated it. Despite all his visits, Dougal never minded visiting you.
