Opening hours & appointments
The Southborough clinic is open from 8am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. The Pembury clinic is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Both clinics are closed on bank holidays.
All consultations are by appointment (except for emergencies) - to book, please call 01892 546000 or 01892 487174. If you would like to see a particular vet please mention this when making the appointment. If you find you are running late or are unable to attend, please call to let us know.
We provide emergency cover from 8am to 7.30pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays) and from 8am to 5pm on weekends.
Outside of these hours (and on bank holidays) emergency cover is provided by Vets Now, a dedicated out-of-hours service based at Culverden Vets (11 Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9RD).

Repeat prescriptions & pet supplies
We keep a large stock of medicines, feeds and pet healthcare products. What's more, our wholesaler delivers to both clinics daily, so if the item you need is not on our shelf we will normally have it by lunchtime the next working day.
All prescription medicines MUST be checked by one of our vets before they are dispensed. We request you give us 24 hours' notice to collect prescription medicines. Furthermore, to meet our legal obligations, patients must usually have been assessed by a vet in the last six months for us to supply a repeat prescription.
