If your enquiry is urgent, please call 01892 546000. Whilst we check our emails regularly, if you wish to make an appointment or are concerned about your pet's health, it is best to call our reception team rather than emailing.
Opening hours & appointments
The clinic is open from 8am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. All consultations are by appointment (except for emergencies) - to book, please call 01892 546000. If you would like to see a particular vet please mention this when making the appointment. If you find you are running late or are unable to attend, please call to let us know.
In an emergency, we are available every day from 8am to 8pm, except bank holidays. After 8pm and on bank holidays, our emergency cover is provided by Vets Now, a dedicated out-of-hours service based at Culverden Vets (11 Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9RD).
Call 01892 546000 - if the clinic is closed our answerphone will provide you with the phone numbers of our duty vet and Vets Now.
Please note: until the current COVID-19 restrictions are lifted our duty vet will only be available until 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays; Vets Now is still available outside of these hours.
Repeat prescriptions & pet supplies
We keep a large stock of medicines, feeds and pet healthcare products. What's more, our wholesaler delivers to us daily, so if the item you need is not on our shelf we will normally have it by lunchtime the next working day.
All prescription medicines MUST be checked by one of our vets before they are dispensed. We request you give us 24 hours' notice to collect prescription medicines. Furthermore, to meet our legal obligations, patients must usually have been assessed by a vet in the last six months for us to supply a repeat prescription.

We would just like to mention how pleased we are that we were recommended Dacre House for our GSD who can get aggressive with strangers. After being told by our previous Vet not to bring our GSD in unless its an emergency. It was a breath of fresh air to meet Jane. She is calm and confident...and just gets on with the job in hand...
