I wish to thank you for doing what had to be done in such a dignified and professional way but with a degree of sympathy and understanding. You not only acted correctly but said the right things and in the right way. You are a credit to the practice and your profession. Thank you.
...just to thank you ALL for the care you gave our dog when she was sick. You were fantastic and I will come back again and recommend you to all my friends, as you were recommended to me. Dotty is doing good at the moment, and if that changes you will be the first to hear about it. Thank you again.
Dear Bradley, Jane and all the other wonderful staff at Dacre House. Thank you so much for all the fantastic care of Amber, Buttons and Chloe over the last few years...when we have pets again (sometime in the future) we will certainly be back! We will also recommend you at every opportunity. With very many thanks and best wishes.
Thank you to you Bradley for all your skill with Badger, and to all your staff for their gifts of lots of loving care and understanding during his op and before and after. You made him feel it was his second home!
Thank you so much for your love and care for Sophie over the years. It was always comforting to know that Sophie was always happy to go to the vets. She must have known that she was in the best hands.
